Refund and cancellation policy

If you cancel before we start work on your application, we refund the professional fee in full.

Once an application has been filed on a government portal, government fees and stamp duty already paid are non-refundable, and the professional fee for work completed is retained.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments within 7–10 working days. Write to support@grih.in with your order ID to request a refund.
